If u can get there around 430 am u can get the covered area with tables. It helps in case of rain and great for shade. The earlier the better also for good selling. Most people are early shoppers around cause most r tourists which helps cause they want to do alot in a day.
When I have been there as a shopper not a vendor, it looks like most bring there own tables
I would say at least 5:00 am in order to get a table They fill up pretty quick on summer day's
7am is a good time
