Tours are offered rain or shine. If a thunderstorm is passing through, we may delay start times slightly, as tours begin with an exposed 3/4-mile hike to the entrance.

Day we went it was a little wet but there are places that you can sit down if you feel unsafe and if you feel that you don't want to go all the way you can always go back down

There is stop places to sit if you are feeling unsafe..If you take your time you will be fine..

I wouldn't think so, it would have to be a safety issue, like a thunderstorm.

You have to walk up the hill for at least half hour, so if the safety is an issue than they may stop the tours. My thoughts on that :)
