I'm pretty sure you can not camp out on the beach. I do know they have campgrounds all over Florida, some which are either on or very near the beach.

You should probably camp on ship island it has a ferry out if Biloxi now probably more safer than on the beaches in biloxi or Gulfport or ocean springs. It has showers and a snack bar and there are park rangers if you want to camp on a beach this is what i suggest
