Doctors are great...The only problem that I have there is no privacy when checking in. They ask you personal questions aloud. EVERYONE in the waiting room knows my birth date, age my name, my phone number, address and my illness. PLEASE CHANGE THIS!!!

I came at 10:00 am the lady told me it’s a 1 hour and a half wait and here we still waiting after 2 hours. Everybody else who came after us is already gone. I went to the front desk to ask how much longer and she said you are next. They keep calling people that just got here so we weren’t not next like the lady said. I know is not her fault but I’m still waiting after 2 hours

Came in because I have two fractures in my neck from a bad car accident, they refill my pain killers for a week, (I’m in this brace for six weeks and was told the pain will last for six) so I call back at the end of the week to request a refill I get told “we will leave her a message” call back the next day when I have one pill left and get told the same thing. I call the same day three hours later and get told “the manager hasn’t gotten back with us yet” and “the nurse who needs to refill this has been out of the office the last couple of days” (so why wasn’t I told this) I said ok well my insurance has approved this medicine what’s going on? “We will call you back when he contacts us” I wait another two hours then finally my husband calls, he was given the manager no problem. Then, I guess it was another manager who stated “we do not feel comfortable prescribing these pain killers (it was a refill) my husband asked is there anything else they can prescribe me because I’m in excruciating pain, they simply said “no we gave her 800s” (which have done nothing) I’m not sure if any of them have had broken bones before but 800s do nothing and the pain is so unbearable but to give me the run around like that the last couple of days was ridiculous!
