At your campsite not on the beach....
With a bit of Internet research... It's generally seems to be prohibited, but allowed within your own campsite. I'd give the park itself a call to be sure.
You can if your camping there, but not on the beach.
No drinking allowed at state parks

I would say no because it would be considered drinking in public. Also there is not to be any drinking on a state park. But I am not sure.
