Beautiful little park. Kind of a hidden gem. Rappelling events held here. Buggy top cave close by for personal spelunking. Couple of trails for hiking. Signage is terrible and can be a little hard to find/get to.

No, but a few miles away is Franklin State Forest, which does allow OHV's
