For the walk-in sites there is not power or water at the sites. There is a fire pit and table at each. There is a single bathhouse near the parking lot. The loop of campsites is actually quite large, so if you are on the side near the bathrooms it's semi-primitive, but on the far side of the loop you would not want to walk all the way to the bathrooms.

Yes it is primative camping there. Is is a bath house and water. Electricity is available in the RV campgrounds.

They honestly have EVERYTHING you need.

They have water from a pump, hot water showers and pretty decent bathrooms at the walk-in. Walk is not far, fantastic place! Waterfalls pretty dry by late summer though

They have two RV loops (one on each East and West rims) that have power and water, you can set tents too. My recommendation is to use the West as it is more secluded, East is right on the main park road with little tree coverage. Walk-in sites are passing the entrance to the West loop, (further walks to the falls) and depending on the one you select you have easier access to the bath house that is the only place with water in this loop, I think campsites # 17 - 19 are the farthest out there.
