It depends on your cell sometimes, but near bathrooms, recreation room and the office you should get full coverage. I worked there and it's pretty good as long as you're not way far off.
Don't remember if there's WiFi but I didn't have any service. Just enjoy the woods.
The WiFi was iffy everywhere but at the game room, no Verizon coverage at all.
