I find it to be a Very pleasant, and Clean Campground, the pool is well maintained and the Staff that Have been Very nice. There are A Lot of Geese and ducks walking around, so check the bottom of your shoes before going inside, lol.

Great place to stay outside Wilmington for a night or for 4 months! It is very quiet. No office, but the camp hosts were friendly. They were working on getting the pool open while we were there. People were friendly but kept to themselves, which is fine with me! Small laundry room, and CLEAN bathhouse! Lots of people living there full time. But, again, they kept to themselves. There were a few kids running around, but they didn't come u to our site, qnd they were quiet and respectful. My only complaint, and it isn't even the campground itself, was the barking dogs and crowing roosters from neighboring property. The noise from them was constant!! Sometimes it was louder than at other times. When the AC was running, we couldn't hear them, though. I tend to gravitate toward out of the way smaller places rather than the resort type places. If you are looking for out of the way, but within 30 minutes of Wilmington, this is your place! I'd definitely stay there again!

A friend of mine lives there year round and I think its $500 a month and includes electric and cable. There is also a convenience store on the premises and a pool and showers and laundromat. It's pretty nice. I do not know if they have anything available.
