So far my dog has been in the building for 3 hours and they haven't told me anything or when to expect to pick him up. I have never experienced this, is this a normal thing with this place?

I've been going there for the past year and a half. They always have new people working there most of them have some weird attitude and yes waiting hours to hear back is normal and you will never get to talk to the doctor
