I would never rent from them again. Theres never any parking as they allow visitors to park in resident or reserved so id have to drive in circles and sometimes patk at Fred meyer. Dont mind security as theres bars missing on back side so anyone literally can come in. Ive seen deals gone down over there. Lark will allow people who are not on the lease to live there even if they threaten/ destroy property and are volatile to ACTUAL paying residents. Ive numerous friends who have faced that problem as did I when i stayed there. They'll act all nice but they have no interest in protecting their residents. I thought it would have changed since it became Lark instead of NXNW but it's just as bad! Save your money and find somewhere with actual professionalism.

never any parking, bad security, garbage area looks like this most of the time, there was a shooting, some assaults, and cars broken into

No matter how big the issue no matter how little the inconvenience lark does not care. They may act like it to seem nice and friendly but they do not care about the bad residence they don’t care about protecting the good residence and they most certainly don’t care about parking or security. There are a couple of good employees but the majority will talk over you, talk down to you, or just not talk at all. Where is the professionalism?

Living at Lark was an absolutely horrible experience. The managers take forever to get back to you - if they ever do. The parking situation is an absolute nightmare, even if you pay for a monthly parking pass. Maintenance will enter the apartment without any sort of notice; they will also need to be contacted several times before a work order is completed. Staff will give several varying answers to the same question (no one seems to be on the same page for any protocol ever). They will charge you damage/replacement fees for objects that are "dirty". You cannot break lease and the subletting program they talk about is a joke. Trash/recycle was always an overflowing disaster - was collected once a week and one year recycling was "taken away" from residents. I would never recommend Lark to anyone.

No. Pretty sure there's no student requirement for the leases.
