American Classic
I've always like being here , even when Corona Virus changed a lot of things. I felt safe. I feel safe still as security is pretty awesome here. The people are friendly. The get togethers are great. The handy man is a DANDY MAN...JUST FAST and EFFICIENT at his jobs. The office staff in both buildings has always been just wonderful here. I rate this place 5 stars and that is saying a lot for an introvert.. People do care and do listen.

UPDATE: Contacted the main office and they were able to work with my grandma to get her down from the top floor. Very kind and worked with us to quickly remedy the situation. Thank you very much Woodrose Apartments. Grandma lives here on the top floor it is so hot up there its unbearable! They said it will cost her to move to lower levels crazy!

The apartments are nice, clean and generally well maintained. The staff are pleasant and professional. I feel safe. Enjoy the central location to local community and excellent bus access.

Senior living with rent controlled private individual units and plenty of parking. Secured entry that is easy to use. Most people there are friendly and the place is well kept.

They are really nice, small, the people there are great my aunt lived there for quite a while
no its independent living but I get a caregiver through a community program to help the elderly
There is if you are waiting for section 8 but otherwise not that long. I'd call the office and ask what they recommend.
