Had appointment scheduled and confirmed by email they sent me to euthanize my dog. I called an hour prior to the time scheduled to make sure the vet was going to make it on time and they informed me he wasn’t coming! OMG so un professional, no call back apologizing, Ed (the vet) would not come to phone to speak with me. It’s hard enough putting your family member down then they treat you like it’s no big deal we will do it another day.No class, no compassion. Get Real!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL LIKE I DO. Don’t take them to this establishment.

They are extremely kind and caring about both you and your animals. They do amazing work and are very affordable. Have taken all my animals there through the years and trust them completely.

Absolutely the best vet in town, and the only one with hours that accommodate people with normal 9-6 jobs (they’re open till 7pm). All the other vets close at 5 or 6 and aren’t accepting any new patients. Bham Vet was the only vet that would make room last minute for an emergency visit for my cat, not once, but twice. They also didn’t hose me on charges, and only charged me for one night (out of a 4 night stay) for my cat. They sent me daily updates by text/phone calls of my cat’s status (even on a sunday when they’re closed), and were able to help treat an issue without resorting to surgery. These guys go out of their way to take care of your beloved pets, and have very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Losing a pet is one of the hardest obstacles in life. The loss leaves you hopeless and heartbroken. Gentle care can ease the situation. We received truly warm messages from the staff. We were able to say our goodbyes after hours on the weekend. I will forever be grateful for that last visit. The burden of cremation was lifted from us. Our boy was in caring hands until the end and back to us in a elegant pet urn. Love you sweet boy 🐾
