Yes but they are only allowed outside of the car in designated areas. Most of the experience is driving but there are areas like the wolf and bear exhibits where you need to hike and pets aren't allowed. So, either plan on skipping it, have someone stay in the car or make plans. We left the car running with the ac on and a note that everything was OK.

Keep em in the car unless otherwise posted and you're good to go. I wouldn't recommend it honestly though as some of the things to do like walking to see the bears/wolves would have them sitting too long.
