That water is filled with sewage. I would not want to be in it.

I don't think so. You can't even fish in there, so im sure swimming is a no as well.

Well i supose, but there are fallen trees, trutles, and soft bottom. Id use a wet suit. Ive never seen anyone in either pond. The smaller pond is much more shallow, im not sure if there is a no swimming sign.

I wouldn't, the creek flows to quickly for it to be safe, and the ponds have a lot of animal life in them, which makes the water murky and smell kind of bad. There aren't any rules against it that I know of, though. Check the signs at the park when you get there.
