NO. ALL ANIMALS MUST BE ON A LEASH...BUT WHEN THE PARK IS NOT CROWED PEOPLE LET THERE DOGS RUN.

No, people often walk their dogs off leash, but there is no designated off leash area. There are signs posted requiring dogs to be on leash.

I don't think it does. In the area around the Nature Center, dogs aren't allowed at all. Dogs can be on leash in other trails. There's also a park, but dogs aren't allowed off leash there either.
