Finally after waiting 39 minutes I had call them again about our 2 medium size slushes. Guy who answered was rude and acted like we bothered him. Keep in mind the other server that was there was bringing food out to everyone else who arrived after us.

says it’s open till 12 am online and on the outside sign but there was no one to be found at 9:30

I wish I could give half stars because that's where this place sits, in the middle when they are on point they are just that. More often then not they're not and tonight was one of those nights a long wait to place my order and wait longer then it should have been to get my drink at 10pm.

They are severely understaffed. They had to temporarily shut down evening service because they didn't have a night manager. Until people are willing to work again, I don't see the service improving at all unfortunately.
