Once again no lobby service. I got stuck in the drive thru for 27mins for a burger combo. 01Sept2022.

completely incompetent. I ordered a unsweet fresh brewed Ice tea as my day was going to be spent driving doing deliveries and I had to wait for 12 cars to pick up a delivery order anyway. Instead I received a dr pepper , as diabetic I dont appreciate being handed high fructose cornsyrup when I ordered a non carbonated brewed drink.
