Can't really put my finger on it, but this Hut rocks! Great Manager to say the least! Liked going there! Even though the conversation's are brief and short, thier always in good taste and I leave happier then when I arrived!

We have been going here for years and have all but once had great experiences. We have gotten what we order, only once have we ever been missing anything (we had a big box and didn't get out boneless wings) Since we go curbside I can tell you we have never had to wait long for them to come out. The employees are always super friendly too!

Pizza was dry and overcooked. Boneless wings were overbreaded and dry. I spent $55 on my order and was completly dissatified. The only thing that I appreciated was the delivery option. I will be going to another business for pizza. This was the second time I got a dry overcooked pizza here. Please respond to my complaint, I would at least like a refund. Never mind about responding, because I will never buy from this location again.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from/been to. I don’t know who is managing this store but they are doing very poorly with their staff and I’m sure they could care less. I’ve never had such terrible customer service. When my delivery was made an item were missing. When I asked the delivery driver for my item, he told me to call the store and someone else would deliver it. I regret I tipping him %30 now. When I tried to call the store I sat on hold for over 30 mins. When they finally answered I was received by the rudest employee. When I told him what my situation was he just gave me a moment of silence followed by a “yeah, and?” I explained that I am following what the delivery driver told me to do and then he put me back on hold. I don’t know how long I was on hold for the second portion but I was still on hold by the time I drove to the store. I waited at the lobby for about 10 to 15 minutes with no one coming to the front. Finally I just left since clearly no one was coming to the desk. They could see me through the window in the door to the kitchen. I ended up going to the store to get a 2 liter for half the price. By the time I got back home the pizza was cold. Ruined our family night and we ended up eating out. Wasted $30. I went to the Pizza Hut website and left my complaint there. I also called corporate and talked to someone who actually acted professionally and promised me that she would escalate this and I would receive a call from a manager in 2-3 business days but never received any call. I deleted my Pizza Hut app and I will no longer be ordering pizza from this place. They have lost my business for good.
