Yes you can reserve one or more Pavilions with El Paso County
The lower ones I believe can hold almost that because you could use the one right next to it.
I used to go there when it was still under construction. It has everything you expect in a public park and more. The pond is my favorite spot, absolutely gorgeous.very peaceful especially in the evening. Their are plenty of BBQ areas and picnic tables for all your needs. The park offers plenty for the sports fanatic also. A great park for the family and the single outdoors person alike

In fountain, Aga park has a few gazebos, lots of picnic space ans a nice water park for the kids in the summer along with a bathroom. It also has a baseball diamond and a playground!

No but they do Fox run Regional Park in black forest the gazebos with barbecue grills are first come first serve each gazebo has about four grills no reservations required so go early if you go
