There haven't been any bears in Hot Springs since mayb back in the 60's. The were sighting in the West mountain area.

I suppose there's always a chance. The Ouachita National Forest or anywhere in North Arkansas would be a better bet though.

Haven't seen any unless you mean the mini kind (chipmunks). The city of Hot Springs surrounds the park so while there are deer, foxes, maybe a few wolves, the likelihood of seeing anything other than deer is slim.
