Our stay at Staybridge Suites Hot Springs was beyond excellent! The only reason I only give it five stars is because there aren't six or more to give it. Keri Ford is the best manager that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any organization. The room that my wife and I had was great! It had a full-sized refrigerator, two-burner stove and sink. It also had actual silverware and plates in case you wanted to cook yourselves a meal. The bed was very comfortable. I can't wait until I get the opportunity to go back. Oh, did I mention also that they have an outdoor kitchen as well with several gas grills ready for your use. I didn't use the pool, but it did look mighty inviting. This was my wife and my fortieth anniversary getaway, and I'd gladly go here again! - William & Paula Welch Ripley, TN.

After reviewing hotels online before our visit to Hot Springs we were looking for motels that had free breakfast and that were within our budget. Oh boy, were we surprised, when we checked in and found out that they had a evening kick back which was delicious with snack food, soda, and alcoholic beverages. As much as you can eat and drink. Also, the free breakfast was delicious especially especially the muffins! We were pleasantly surprised with our room as it was decked out with glasses, cups bowls, plates, a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, as well as pots and pans to cook in. Their outdoor patio features seating, several grills, a fire pit, as well as some games for the kids (corn hole). Also, the hotel supplies numerous board games for the kids to play in the lobby, free of charge. There is also a pool. A nice exercise room. Washers and dryers. Ice machines. It is very very affordable for everything you get and out of all the hotels I have ever stayed at this is by far the best one! The staff is very friendly especially Trevor at the front desk. He was more than helpful and very kind. If we ever come back to this area we will definitely be staying here again! It’s only 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and it is right next to the lake and boating areas. In my opinion this is a five-star motel!

My family booked adjoining suites via hotels.com for this past weekend as they were in town for my daughter's graduation ceremony. Upon arrival from their full day of traveling, they were told that there was a "problem with the card" that they used to reserve on the 3rd party site, and that no reservation was showing in the system. The desk clerk, who according to her had been on staff for a total of 5 days, unsuccessfully tried to run a different card to secure the rooms. Despite that fact, key cards for the room(s) were given to my family, and most of them went to put away their belongings and to freshen up from their journey. One family member stayed behind at the desk to straighten out what was obviously a mistake. There were more unsuccessful booking attempts, and a call was made to the credit card company in an attempt to assure the clerk that there was no reason (neither financial nor out-of-state restriction) for the declination of the card. Despite hearing this, the clerk informed my family representative that she had "spoken to her boss", and that he and the rest of the party would have to leave the facility. By this time, another member of the staff had come to the front desk. We can only assume that he was staff because he had come in from sweeping water off the surface around the overflowing pool. Because of this, we have taken to referring to him as the pool boy. The pool boy escorted my family out of the facility after calling one of them a "f*cking idiot" all while professing that there was nothing wrong with the hotel's computer system. Needless to say, they were shocked and embarrassed by this treatment. So am I. They were able to book at another facility in town at a much higher rate, but were very happy with the rooms and amenities there. IHG was contacted about the experience and was not at all pleased with the way the staff handled the situation. As an apology for the incident, my family was comped a number of IHG Rewards points toward a stay at any partner hotel. We have already begun spreading the word about this most unpleasant experience among our circle of friends and family, and plan to continue to do so. I have also informed the HR department of my company, and they have agreed to cease referring visitors to our facility to your hotel. UPDATE: To add insult to injury, the original credit card charges were processed! Didn’t stay there, got cussed for their trouble, and now have to fight to recover the money. Shame.

From check-in to check-out the stay was a great experience. I am usually happy with my stays in various hotels, but this was a pleasure from start to finish. Clean, spacious room with two windows, black out curtains, or not. Very nice siting area. The only caveat I can mention is that room 209 and 211 are right above the breakfast room, so if you do not want to be awakened at 7am each morning, request a different room. My sister was in room 205 just down the hall and never heard anything. She phoned me once and I asked her if she was eating breakfast, after the "why" I told her that I could hear her both from the phone and the echo that came from downstairs. This was not a bother for me as I enjoy getting up early. When I went to sleep at night it was quiet. If you rent a boat as we did, there is no where to park it at the hotel. Also, remember to eat at JOSE's. Take a left out of the parking lot. It was the best mexican food I've ever eaten. Don't be afraid of the crowded parking lot, the restaurant is very big. This hotel is located near many stores that you may need to access. This is the only time I have said that when I go back, if I don't airbnb my stay this is where I will be sleeping.

Yes, and you'll need your keycard to access your floor, which helps keep random people from roaming around.
I'm not sure Sonia. We stayed in a large suite and this is one of the nicest places to stay in Hot Springs.
