Yes, there are tons of places to stay. I did an airbnb. It was awesome! On the lake and 12 mins from downtown Hot Springs.

We stayed at the Gold-Inn. It's an older place but the rooms are renovated and are fantastic. There are several hotels in Hot Springs Village, where the park and sights are situated.
