With the shut down happening is this place still open and able to camp there?

I'm sorry but I was there only one time. It was cold and snowy. I don't know any thing much about it. Good for hiking it seems.

We always camp at Cloud 9 but drive by the park all the time & there is always campers there very nice peaceful place

Thank you for the replies, we didn't end up going that time around! Since all the fires in Cali taking over we decided to see what the open roads have to offer. We are back on the highway 50 have seen some amazing places! If your into hot springs hit me up, got some directions to some peaceful spots!
