Anyone else have an issue with long waits here?

I've found it hit or miss, but using the app helps when they are busy because your order is sent ahead.

The worst! I've tried going twice the last two weeks, and they never answer when I activate the button. There were only 2 cars today!! I will not be going a 3rd time or ever again.
