Cameron Rd., Austin, TX location. The best cherry limeade I've had from Sonic, in months - hands down ππΎ I tried to call back to say "good job," bc I had already driven away b4 I tasted it. But thanks for the delicious slush! π

Wow. Don't go here. Waited 30 minutes for 2 33oz drinks and 2 shakes and they got the order wrong. When they finally brought the drinks the attendant haggled for a tip and even offered additional drinks for "free" if I would tip him... I usually do tip Sonic attendants but I tried to explain I couldn't bring myself to tip after that performance.. I received the obligatory "well God bless you sir" (which may have meant something else??) And went on my way without the "free" additional drinks. Go to 7-11 and get a Slurpee - save yourself this torment!!!

Waited 15+ minutes for an order placed on the app. When I finally pushed the button it was rushed out to me - mozzarella sticks undercooked, and a sweet tea that was both carbonated and probably drugged, considering I can't place the powdery white substance sitting atop the ice that definitely wasn't sugar. Overall pathetic. Even McDonald's has it together better.

Our order took over 45 min to make. About 20 min in we asked for the bathroom key one of the carhops said the manager won't open it after 4pm it was about 515at this time. Still waiting for the order I pressed the red button multiple times I could hear them pick it up and then hang it up. They never talk to me. Never ask me what was wrong. They ended up forgetting a couple things of our order. I had to go up to the door and get them myself. We contacted the manager of the store and he offered me a free drink for my trouble π΅βπ« a free drink. I spent damn near 40 bucks and all I get is a free drink when you can get that through the app! I contacted the overall manager. She ended up giving us a gift card for the amount of our entire meal which was awesome. When picking up the gift card we literally turn right around and used it. That order ended up taking 35 minutes to come out and there are two things missing on the order. At this point I will be contacting corporate but I will make sure corporate knows. I do not want to have to go back to the store. I will drive miles away to go to a different Sonic than to go to my neighborhood one! π£

I've found it hit or miss, but using the app helps when they are busy because your order is sent ahead.
Not the same after remodel. Stopped going to this location because of service.
All I know is there a bunch of hard-working people that work at Sonic on Cameron Road I think a little bit of patience and kindness and reflect on if you were in their shoes how would you like to be treated keep up the good work Sonic crew the big guy on the tan truck
