The people at this bank were extremely rude with zero compassion. They have zero interest in actually helping people with issues that their bank has caused and make it impossible to actually be able to get your problem solved. It makes me want to transfer to a different bank after being with Wells Fargo for decades.

POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I would give them CERO starts if I could. I arrived 5-10 before 4pm, the bank closes at 5pm. After waiting for 15-20, a little after 4pm the fancy manager comes and with all her attitude and tells me that her bankers are busy working with people right now and that they close at 5pm. I said I could wait, so she gives me this looks and tells “AGAIN” that her people are busy and could not attend to me even if I was there more than an hour before closing. This is a bank that even of you are IN their lobby before 5pm will not take your business because they will not stay a minute after 5pm. Way to go “manager” lady that is how you treat possible new business coming at the bank.

Outstanding customer service bottom line up front. My wife and I incurred the typical security breaches of our credit and debit cards when her wallet was stolen over the weekend. We reported the loss and were able to get the cards blocked via Wells Fargo 24 hour phone number. But we had to visit a branch to get a new set of cards issued. We were greeted with a smile by one of the Bankers by the name of Jared. Jared quickly and efficiently processed our request, along with providing additional advice regarding increasing the security of our accounts for the future. We appreciate the high level of professional advice and customer service provided by Jared at this particular branch location.

I have to say that working with Deborah, who is one of the certified personal bankers, was one of the best experiences that I have had in a long time. She got me set up with an IRA in no time. She has some much to offer and I will continue to be a long time client because of people like her. If you need help with anything, I would recommend her!

Yes, if you have an account or loan with the bank. They have to order foreign currency and have it shipped in which takes a few days

There is no longer a coin counting machine at any Wells Fargo. They do have coin sleeves for free for any Wells Fargo account holder. I hope this helps.
