No nonsense, direct, and practical advice, treatment, and service. He could take out a mortgage to build a beautiful facility, etc. but why? To up his rates and be forced to up-sell you on every possible treatment, procedure, Rx, etc? No thanks. I'll take Dr. Spellman's practical advice for the great value he's offering. Glad we found him! Treated us with respect and handled our pets wonderfully during all visits. Thanks Doc.

I am super happy to have North Lamar Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Spellman and his staff take care of my pets needs. The Dr. is very informative concerning services and procedures that he provides. His extensive experience is clearly demonstrated by his thorough explanations. This helps the pet owners to choose good solutions concerning their pet’s medical needs. The clinic is easy to get in and out of traffic and additional parking is located at the rear of the building. The business hours are also very convenient since appointments can be made for Saturdays too.

I got two cats during the pandemic and have taken them here for the past two years. When I first got them, they had tape worms and NLVC was able to quickly get me in to have them taken care of. Additionally, when I've been concerned and wanted to bring my cats in, they've managed to get me in quickly. The vet is straightforward and honest and has been wonderful in answering all of the questions I've had as a first time pet owner. The staff is warm and helpful and very gentle handling the animals. They're also great about reminding you when to bring them in for yearly vaccinations. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had never owned a cat before and did not know where to start with vet visits, and shots. The staff here made me feel welcomed, and made sure I was informed on what needed to be done for my cat. They treated my cat with patience and warmth. Overall I have had a great experience with this vet clinic and HIGHLY recommend them!
