Everyone at this Whole Foods is super friendly. It’s a large new facility. Even has a tap room inside. Outdoor sitting and play space for kids. The coffee bar will make bullet proof coffee. Love it!

Being remodeled....need I say more?? They're doing a heck of a job (both the employees AND contractors) keeping it tidy while upgrading....had some empty spots <----- from the supply chain issue. They are doing their best to keep items afloat while having their inventory slashed by 1/3 while upgrading! It looks like the remodel should be finished soon. Can't wait to see the finished product!

My cashier tonight was Serena. I don't think she was necessarily trying to be intentionally rude, but I don't think she really know what she was doing. I had WIC items and was asked to scan my card several times and wait several minutes until she finally asked me what kind of card it was. I've never had to announce that I was using WIC. I assume it shows up when I scan the card? At this time, there were three people behind me. It doesn't stop there. I also had a box of diapers I needed to exchange due to the HEB delivery sending the wrong size. she asked me if I had a receipt for an exchange. I told her I had it in the history of my orders. At this time, there were several people in line, one lady shaking her head and visibly upset. I was so nervous and embarrassed I literally couldn't find it in order history. again, I was asking to exchange the diapers for the correct size. she then asked me for my ID. I handed her my passport and she told me she could not take a passport. a passport. a government issued ID. okay. Then she tells me she's just going to go ahead and do the exchange. she calls the manager over. The manager approves it. here we go again with scanning my card three times. I apologized to the people behind me and walked away mortified.

Hard to buy everything I'd like without any hand baskets. I seen people who managed to somehow find grocery carts but I couldn't find any when I went back out and looked around the entrance. I guess it's an ok place if you're grabbing one or two things and not doing a whole shopping trip. Edit: last time I called an HEB to see if they recovered from their meat refrigeration being out, they hung up on me twice and I got through after 30 minutes. I still couldn't get an answer to a question anyone there should have known and ended up having to make a wasted trip to see for myself. Long story short: target has both shopping baskets and knowledgeable employees.

SORRY. CAN'T ANSWER THAT QUESTION. I HAVE NO IDEA. THERE'S NO VARIETY ON CAT FOOD EITHER. I HAVE A CAT.
H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
They are not to my knowledge. It wont start back up till Monday.
They were open 12-5 today and the rest of the week, permitting they have food to stock the shelves. No bread, very little frozen food and produce was mostly gone. Good luck, I hope you are able to get what you need :) Also be prepared to stand in line outside for 30 min or more if you don't get there early.
