I personally love this H-E-B! It’s perfect in size, not too big and not too small. The workers here have a very good attitude compared to other stores, I would like to acknowledge an act of kindness that took place Thursday evening, there was a lady in-line with a small infant that was crying non stop, the young lady didn’t have enough for her groceries, the cashier called for help and her manager came to help. I’m not sure how much her bill was but the manager left and came back and paid for the lady’s stuff, I think the managers name was Tatianna . It is not often that you see people with big hearts who love their job you can tell she loves hers!

You'll I have been putting reviews at different locations because you can't put but one at that location, I have been giving one star for Shopping and delivery, in Safety and sanitation, the owner have responded, he gives you a number to call, the first time I call I had to wait 25 minutes and I hangup, the second time it was a call back, Hillary was very nice listen to my concerns and gave me feedback that HEB is aware of the problems in delivery and they or working on the problem that involves delivery, You'll take the time out to call the number the Owner gives you. Because the information I received helped me a lot, that is why HEB is getting 5 stars they are trying their best to resolve the problems with delivery, HEB is the best .We are blessed to have the HEB family in our communities, they just don't do groceries they or involve in a lot of things in our communities. Thank You HEB for the feedback on delivery

I want to Recognize the employee name Chris, This guy was busy bringing out pallets and I had asked him if he can check if he had any Enfamil formula- on That pallet and Without any hesitation he helped me right away. I had been to so many stores -and no luck- until now. Thanks Chris for going above and beyond to help a customer. Thanks 🙏Store was going to be closing for the night. Going on my 10th store finally . With a great employee to help.

I LOVE HEB! I love it so much that I went to work for them last fall. We employees cannot comment about company policies. I will say, though, that I LOVE this company! It is a great place to work and, every day I am amazed at their caring attitude towards employees and customers. This company treats everyone with respect.
