Order online, ask for lite sauce. Call to store to confirm my order was taking because online jump me back to previous screen. Lady answer said yes they got the Order, I also ask if she could make sure it's lite sauce she said she'll try???? Order came and it had extra sauce seem Intentional then when called the store they refused to answer I said that because they hung up when they did which just made my Assumption just that more valid.

I love pizza hut. Their food is the best. My personal favorites are the original pan supreme, cinnamon sticks and buffalo medium boneless wings.

Ordered 13 pizza to be delivered at 7:15pm, got a call from the worker that I won’t be ready till 9:00pm. I said I need it at 7:15 I have a party to host, then she said 8:50pm I said I need it earlier. She said, ok let’s hope it won’t deliver frozen and hang up on me. Called them back and never answered my call. Called again and pressed option 1 to place an order and cancelled the order. Horrible customer service

Came here on a Monday evening to pick up an order I placed over the phone. This place is pretty depressing. It’s a mess inside, the hygiene is questionable, the phone won’t stop ringing, garbage can is overflowing, it’s an embarrassment. The workers are friendly and are running around all the time trying to make it work but they are lacking a good manager. Whoever is managing this place needs to step up their game. I came to pick up a pizza I ordered and lost my appetite. Based on the Pizza Hut TV and print ads, coming here definitely feels like bait and switch.
