We were on our way home from Washington DC and it became apparent that the air ride leveling system on our motorhome was not functioning correctly. When I googled a Freightliner service center near my location, the Premier Truck group in Knoxville, Tn came up as the closest one to me. I did not call ahead since we close by. Upon arriving at the service center, I checked in at the service department and was told they would get to me as soon as they could. Alesha(sp) came out to our motorhome and got all our information including our extended warranty information. Apparently she is the person who handles RV service. Within 2 hours, a service technician came out to the motorhome and pulled it into the service bay to diagnose our problem. It turned out that we had a defective air bag and he told us it would have to be replaced. They contacted our extended warranty company and received authorization to make the repair. Shortly thereafter the service technician returned to our motorhome and took it back into the service bay. In about 2 hours, they had us back on the road. I cannot say enough good things about this service center. From the initial contact to completion, I could not have been happier. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Very professional people the parts dept is very knowledgeable and friendlt they go above and beyond to help fins what you need service dept great people service writers top knoch people little pricey but the quality of work shows 4 stars nor 5 over how expensive they are but its out of the control of the people that work there they get 5 stars
