All the models are MSRP. The selection is limited and the play area is almost non-existent. You can easily find better prices, selection, and play experiences at Knoxville's other gaming stores. The worst part is definitely Mark's pushy and confrontational sales techniques. You're not allowed to browse in peace, and any banter is aggressively turned towards praising GW or selling product. It's a stressful place to buy from.

This is the only official Warhammer shop within a few hundred miles! There's always a league, campaign, or painting competition running and they're anxious to welcome new people to the hobby or help experienced players find that specific mini or book they may need. It's a clean and family friendly place to play or paint and we're lucky to have it in Knoxville!

I thoroughly enjoy the warhammer hobby but Mark’s insistence on having things delivered to the store rather than your residence is incredibly irritating since he has completely arbitrary hours. The store is regularly closed during the day for “training” making it very frustrating to pick up orders

They're fantastic. Limited number of people in the store at once. Mask mandatory. Nothing put back on the shelves before being sanitized again. Never seen a cleaner gaming store.

While you can (and I have) use the miniatures from Warhammer for D&D, these are much higher quality and level of detail. Some of the pieces are quite large. They are also unassembled and unique painted, but that is half of the fun. If you are willing to put in the work and effort, these can make some great characters
