This place just hasn’t been the same since Al sold the business, everything from the quality of the food, to the customer service; to the atmosphere and scenery has significantly declined. Formerly a 20 year customer, I haven’t returned since 2020, it literally blows my mind the new owner is still enforcing Covid restrictions almost 3 years later.

Harbys does deliver if theres someone there to do it..you can call for more info.. Even if you have to pick it up you cant go wrong with a Harbys pizza.. More toppings on your pizza than an any delivery.. dine in.. or carry out pizza place in knoxville..
