Parking here is tight-spacing and really difficult to find an open spot, there's always unpleasant trash and homeless people in this shopping area. It's also tough to exit this area, as the exits are restricted all over!

I must say things have definitely changed. I usually regret going to Austin and my experience today at Capital plaza just confirms that. I was super excited to go to Melrose and Rainbow. Things are so picked over I had to leave. Unfortunately, I believe it's the community in itself that has made things so different. When you walk in stores you have to turn in your bags to the cashier. Stores close early between 8:00p and 9:00p. The stores are all picked over like a rummage sale. I'm NOT blaming this on the workers because they came to work and are actually working. They are there when they could have decided not to accept the position. I am very grateful for workers in retail, I was that person at some point. There are a variety of stores there. I just wish the community will take care of the services that's being provided for them. Lots of traffic. Very busy.
