Winter to most people means snow and ice. In HHI it means less beach time and more Golf time to a lot of folks. Things slow down a bit but don't stop. It moves from casual to low casual. Very enjoyable.
Some smaller restaurants do close during winter but the larger ones don't. Most,shops are open from 10 to 6. Restaurants may close earlier in winter months
