This is a public access with restrooms and wash area. There are no parks. But there is another park within half a mile on folly field road

Folly Field beach is a beautiful beach! Clean, rental chairs available, not too crowded, bathrooms & outside shower (to rinse sand off) and public parking available really close.

One of public/open beaches, at north end of Hilton Head Island, facing east to watch sunrise, similar to Coligny Beach. From parking there was a wood step bridge walking half minute to the beach. For photographers, beach bush grass could be the front view; other than that, the beach was slant toward northeast, not even with the sea level, also could see people standing in the front. For tourists, most rental houses and hotels might have the best view along the beach and parks.

Easy access to the beach with convenient but somewhat confusing parking - the parking payment machine seemed to cause many people issues. Public access to bathrooms, vending, and outdoor showers. Very crowded unless you head 100 yards away from the entrance.

Not a ton of parking, but there is some. There is a charge for parking, but worth it to me for a less crowded area on the beach.
No, but no one is going to check your water bottle. Wink.
I saw a lot of people fishing but you might need a fishing license
No. If you are close enough to drive a golf cart you are close enough to walk.
Parking is never free unless you have a South Carolina handicap sticker or you get a beach permit from the town of Hilton Head which is worth the money if you park there a lot
In the area, to many to name. To walk to from the beach, none. This is the beach you go to before going home to get ready to go out. You should try Coligney if you are planning and beach walk to lunch.
No. This is considered more a local beach. Someplace to go and just unwind. Try Coligney, shopping plaza is less than 50 yards from beach entrance and parking is free.
Take your pooch. The island as a whole is quite dog friendly.
Not stingers. Just Cannon Ball jellies.
