Depending on the winter weather. Flowers can bloom early like mid to late March or late and bloom in April. The Garden is Beautiful any time of the year. Middleton Garden is just up the road and is also worth going to.
Depends on which ones you want to see. See their website for what's in bloom by month. Azealas are at peak 1st week or 2 of April. Camellias, which Magnolia is known for, run Oct-late March, peaking late January to Late February. Magnolias are in May.
