I didn't see any scooters, so I don't think so.
If they do, it's a well kept secret. All of their various charges are clearly posted. I neither saw such postings nor did I see any such vehicles riding around.

I love this place, but if you cannot walk on your own power It will be hard to navigate all this place has to offer. Some people we met walking with cains had to turn around and go back because of the steps.
Ditto, did not see any, and not sure the garden paths would be suitable for one. My son is in a wheelchair and I do not think I would take him through the gardens. Main paved areas are ok.
no they dont it is alot of walking thru the gardens
