When you get out of the car walk toward the house and there is a ticket booth to the left. There is a picnic area with a little cafe as well. Plenty of parking with a minimal walk
They have ticket booths after you park. There's plenty of parking. They do have picnic areas.
There are signs that point you in the right direction to the ticket area. Lits of free parking.

They have ticket booth just few steps from parking. Parking is free n there are plenty spaces n additional parking too.. I did not see any picnic areas.. But may be it's there.. There are benches n seats to sit in a particular view points..
The general admission is $20, but you purchase the house walkthrough and boat trip separately. If you are receiving emails from Groupon, they have discounts. You will still have to get a sticker at the ticket booth
