When is the best time to visit

I think April or May when the magnolia are in bloom.

I personally think spring (April) because of the color variety ...looks like a Monet painting but its beautiful all year

Although its still a bit cold in the mornings, to me, its the most beautiful part of the day. As for the best time of the year, I have to say now, everything is almost in full bloom.

Depends on what you're going for. Went last week and it was still beautiful and sunshine with no bugs or heat. Of course, no azaleas either.
