ATVs and UTVs are not allowed within the Park or on the ocean beaches in Clatsop County. Nicolai Mt. OHV area is your closest riding area.
Beaches are open to road licensed vehicles at Fort Stevens Peter Ireldale beach access. I would suggest contacting proper authorities for possible day passes for atv/utv access.
