Chris and Brendon did an outstanding job for us. They called before they came out to let us know when they would be here and were here when said they would be. They were very professional in their communications and demeanor. Transparent in everything they did, they kept us informed of what they were going to do and what they got done. They let us know immediately as any additional issues came up, discussed our options and let us decide how we wanted to handle it. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
