2 quick reviews… Around the start of the pandemic I plugged a sink to soak some filters upstairs and then got an unexpected work call, not being used to working from home I got completely distracted… suddenly water was pouring from my kitchen light fixtures. Once we got a hold of the situation I called ServPro, Daniela helped me get setup and the team was there super quick, maybe a few hours. Everything was dried out and prevented any mold or mildew… saved me a ton! Today I got a call from our friend who swung by the house while we’re away, master toilet is leaking… soaked the bedroom carpet. I called ServPro and talked to Casey who setup the appointment right away, it was 20 min later that my neighbor confirmed the leak wasn’t bad and didn’t need any pro support. I talked to Casey who, again, was very nice and canceled the service call. Overall great experiences both times, have their number saved for the next crisis.

Servpro saved us! I was 2/3rds of the way into the sale of the house when disaster struck. After they dried out the minor flood incident I had, I told Elmer (the foreman) of my situation and my urgent need to have my house restored quickly. Luckily, I had extra laminate flooring, padding and paint on-hand. After they came out to look at the repairs needed, they were out the next day to begin repairs. After 3 days, my home was restored to better-than-original condition. They fixed the floors, found matching baseboard, replaced the carpet and replaced the insulation under the crawlspace. Gumaro, Edgar, JT, and Elmer were great people to work with. I can't thank them enough for the work and the exceptional response time that they provided. The incredible response time for them the initial trouble call to full restoration was an astonishing 6 days! Many thanks, my friends! Tony & Anne B.

Casey arrived first and performed a thorough inspection of the damage; Thomas and Kevin then arrived and they sprung into action. They were very personable, courteous, and careful from the start; they went over everything to be done and moved furniture, covered the walk area and continued with their work. The entire team at Servpro of Cedar Mill is fantastic to work with. They have a very dedicated group of field staff and their office is incredibly diligent and responsive to my needs. I have had a few claims in recent years as well as general contractors in and out of the house. I have never had a more detail oriented team work on the house. I understand that I am not their only customer but they have responded very kindly to all of my requests through this process. Hopefully I am done having contractors at my house, but if I end up needing another restoration or repair company I will not hesitate to call this company back!
