This corrupt department is completely out of control. They hate the constitution and following basic laws. They especially hate the 1st amendment and they're to stupid to be able to read the DHS 2018 memo or court rulings that allow citizens to be free to record public servants. You're worthless and a huge danger to the community.

Call the captains office in your police district and ask for the community relations officer. He/she might know the answer to that.
Call 911 when you get to the block that your ex lives on. Police will meet you there then proceed to the location to get your belongings.
