Now the social police are superfluous! Can't catch bad guys! Can't protect ordinary people! Don't do it! I feel that I should solve things that hinder my own safety in the future!

Check for towing company signs around the area you were parked... Most likely the ppa or the towing company if there are signs.

Walked into the station a day after an incident occurred in which I had four separate police contacts. I was there seeking names and badge numbers of officers involved. I was told they could not provide that information. Is that correct?

Yes. I need to know how to go about handling a situation concerning my granddaughter who is visiting in Philadelphia right now with her aunt. The aunt acts as if she does not want my granddaughter to return home. My daughter has informed me that the aunt would not give her the address where she lives, so my nine year old grandchild was able to obtain the address and gave it to her mother. My daughter has also informed me that my granddaughter wants to come home. To avoid things from getting messy how should we proceed.
