The officers are quite nice to deal with and even when busy they take time to help the individual!! Phone calls have always been polite and courtesy is excellent!!

Officer Little (badge number 3754) and Officer Soy (badge number 3596 ) are beyond disrespectful and they both are not diplomatic. Colorism is a real thing in the black community and they both unfortunately treated me unfairly. Soy and little rushed me when I ask for clarity about my situation, and they completely disregarded me. As dark skin black women in this society we deal with so much, they didn’t treat Ariell Stewart the same way they treated me because they was attracted to her . Facts! If Officers little and soy are certified to become police officers, then I believe the 19th don’t require their officers to have quality service, respect, and dignity. Soy tried to Insinuate that I was Illiterate, and little made passive jokes, and treated me like I wasn’t human. 1+1=2 but having a badge don’t make you honorable .

This happened in 2015. It took them 4 hours to finally show up after I was attacked in my home. The attacker returned twice and the officer did nothing to find the person/criminal.

Sergeant Holts was very helpful, informative, and courteous in helping resolve my issue. Very impressed with the professionalism displayed at the 19th District station!
