Subpar at best. Waited 1 hour to only be seen for 10 minutes and be rushed out the exam room, then they took almost 3 months to email me my cat’s records for the visit. They do not go over pricing or really anything they’re doing at all, so I was kept in the dark until checking out. They also don’t take appointments but do not see those in the waiting room first come first serve. Many people (that staff were familiar/friendly with) arrived after me and left before me, which did not seem fair. They claim to see emergencies first, but there were no emergencies during the time I was there and they were still prioritizing simple vaccines and boosters, while I was there with a sick cat. Seem to be extremely unorganized and unable to keep up with everyone they allow to walk in, and would probably benefit from an appointment system.

Always Super business if is a emergency they will take care of the emergency first but if is not you have to wait and typically the way it is about one hour

Major Price Gouging… Not Affordable.. That’s why I don’t take my dogs here. Only did it this time because it was closer than the SPCA. Really pathetic. Veterinarians will up charge at big percentages, proud of it too. A veterinarians wife told me her husband does it and she seemed proud of it because people will pay and they’ll be taken advantage of. It’s a business to get rich off of human emotions, love for their pets. Shameful!!

The doctor and his helpers are good with animals.
