Boulevard Animal Hospital

I have been a customer of Boulevard Animal Hospital since Dr. Brett's father, Dr. Jerry, had the practice, going back over 30 years. The pandemic affected them with staffing issues, both veterinarians and staff are less than before. Dr Brett is currently the only vet. I would never go to any other vet clinic. The experience Ivelisse described is very out of character, as I have never experienced this with any staff or vet here in the past. They are n amazing group of people who have cared for all of my many pets over the years. I have seen disrespectful and rude customers in the past, and the staff has remained professional, so what happened here seems to be an isolated incident, or a misunderstanding. I totally disagree with anyone referring to any place as "garbage" - i would highly recommend calling and asking for a call back from Dr Brett or a Manager. Dr. Brett and his staff are professional, nice and caring. I highly recommend Boulevard Animal Hospital.

It depends on what type of emergency? They open at 10am. So if its a true emergency then it should go to a emergency 24 hour vet hospital where they can see you immediately.

Talk to the doctor about the medication if they could send it to you

I think it's about $45. Totally worth it as they are so kind and thorough rug the animals!!

Calling would be your best bet. I haven't seen any animals besides cats and dogs there.
