Anyone else having issues getting through to them? Only getting a mailbox thats full

No I've never had a problem getting through every time I've called they've answered the phone oh I've been called right back I think you're great they saved my dog's life

I've never called, just went in because my kitten had a swollen hip, they don't do anything unless you can afford it, I loved it, but too far from where I live....
